After attending this half day, in-class workshop you will be able to:
·Identify behaviors that make an employee “difficult” to manage
·Understand why difficult behavior persists
·Understand the effects of difficult employees on the work team
·Address difficult behavior in a proactive and positive way
You will leave with the tools to become confident in understanding and managing those people in your workplace that appear to be difficult as well as how to apply these principles in all areas of your life
