When working on any project having a schedule is imperative to staying on track.  You must ask:

  • What needs to be done?
  • When will it be done?
  • Who will do it?

Once you can answer these questions you can then begin to plan dates, link activities, milestones, tasks and resources.  In this course you will learn to do all the above while inputting the information into MS Excel.

It will be required that all participant bring a laptop pre-loaded with MS Excel 2013.  If you require a laptop please contract training@meritsask.com as we do have a limited number of extra computers.
