Managing and leading your own personal moods, emotions and stresses are even more important than managing others.
This workshop will deliver the following learning outcomes to assist all new and experienced managers to better cope with stress and overload, including:
·understanding the key signs of growing stress and burnout at work;
·knowing the difference between healthy and unhealthy stress, and our reactions to it;
·learning about the physical, mental and emotional coping tools to improve self-leadership and better mood management;
·reviewing the key elements of positive psychology and how to employ other psychological strategies for maximum leadership development.
