Good leaders work with, and even embrace conflict, as an effective mechanism for teamwork and communication as long as it is managed in a healthy and skillful way. The Learning Outcomes of this workshop are:
·to understand the value of managing “healthy conflict” as an important leadership skill,
·knowing the various sources and origins of conflict, and how conflict escalates;
·knowing how to choose the right fight, and then how to manage and engage in conflict in a healthy and effective way;
·understanding the key elements of conflict mediation and conflict resolution; and
·learning various detailed communication skills and tips when engaged in conflict and disputes at work, in order to deal with effective problem solving.
